Custom-Made Products
All custom-fabricated parts, cut-to-length materials and specialty finishes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Stock Items
Eligible Items: Unopened, off-the-shelf products (fasteners, sealants, tools, safety gear, etc.)
Return Window: 30 calendar days from the date you receive the order.
Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging and accompanied by the receipt or packing slip.
How to Return
Call our office at (813) 628-9223 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA.)
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship within 10 days of RMA issuance.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; we recommend using a trackable service.
Inspections & Refunds
Returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Items received in used or damaged condition, or without an RMA, will be refused and returned at your expense.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Report shipping damage or packing errors within 5 days of delivery; we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
